When you submit a project inquiry, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, project address, project type, timeline, budget range, referral source, and the details you choose to provide about the project. If you use address autocomplete, the form may also receive a Google Place ID and latitude/longitude associated with the selected project address.

We may also collect technical and attribution information such as the page you visited, UTM campaign values, and an IP-derived security key used to prevent abusive form submissions. Our application hashes the rate-limit identifier before storing it in the rate-limit database.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to review your project, respond to you, prepare or discuss estimates, route the inquiry to the appropriate person, maintain business records, prevent spam and abuse, and improve website and marketing performance.

Service providers

Depending on website configuration, information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, database storage, address lookup, analytics, email, and lead administration. These may include Vercel, Supabase, Google Maps Platform, Google Analytics, Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, and Gmail.

Sale of personal information

We do not sell personal information or sensitive personal data submitted through the project inquiry form.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, manage customer and project records, protect the website, and satisfy legitimate business or legal recordkeeping needs. We use access controls and server-side secrets intended to limit unauthorized access to lead-processing systems.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask about personal information you previously submitted through this website or to request a correction or deletion when appropriate. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

Children

This website is intended for people seeking painting and finishing services and is not directed to children under 13.
